Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of accreditation of legal entities for evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2009 No. 289 "About approval of Rules of accreditation of legal entities for evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 14, Art. 1672; 2015, No. 5, Art. 841; 2016, No. 49, Art. 6930; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4898).
2. The subitem "d" of Item 10, paragraph one of Item 19, Items 21 and 23 of Rules of accreditation of legal entities for evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and the vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2009 No. 289 "About approval of Rules of accreditation of legal entities for evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles" (in edition of this resolution), are applied to the legal entities accredited for evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles after 365 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
