Questions of payment of monetary compensation to victims which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of monetary compensation by the victim which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation which is applied.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2013 No. 947 "About approval of the Procedure for provision and determination of the extent of the monetary assistance or compensation by the victim of emergency situations which remained on the previous residence" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 3, Art. 66; 2019, No. 60, the Art. 2058) changes which are applied.
3. To provide to the Donetsk and Luhansk regional public administrations formation in a month of the commissions on consideration of the questions connected with provision of monetary compensation by the victim which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
4. Recommend to local government bodies, and in case of their absence - to military civil authorities of settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions to form the commissions on inspection of housing destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
