According to part eight of Article 86 and part three of article 89 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for provision and determination of the extent of the monetary assistance to victims of emergency situations and the size of monetary compensation as the victim whose apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation which is applied.
