Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 No. 587 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2020, No. 34, Art. 1128):

The paragraph of the seventh of item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Partial cost recovery of landing material cannot exceed the standard rates approved by Ministry of Economics.";

The twelfth Item 6 of the word and figure of "costs for 1 hectare" to exclude 2) in the paragraph;

Item 7 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The cost of the fixed assets accepted in operation according to acts of readiness for operation of object (declaration/certificate), confirmed with acts of acceptance transfer (internal transfer) of fixed assets is subject to partial compensation (No. OC-1, No. OC-2) which were provided by the design estimates.";

"The Ministry of Economics transfers budgetary funds for partial cost recovery of objects, lines, the machinery and equipment from the account opened in Treasury on the current accounts of subjects of managing opened in banks based on distribution of budgetary funds in the directions by each subject of managing.".
