About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the aluminum tape coming from the Azerbaijan Republic and People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix No. 1 to the aluminum tape imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union representing rectangular (including square) the flat aluminum articles curtailed or not rolled thickness of more 0,2 of mm, but less than 3 mm, with covering or without (except for kinds of the aluminum tape according to the list according to appendix No. 2) coming from the Azerbaijan Republic and People's Republic of China and classified by codes 7606 11 910 0, 7606 12 200 3, 7606 12 200 8, 7606 12 920 3 and 7606 12 920 8 CN FEA EEU, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years, taking into account Item 1-1 of this Decision. 

1-1. Extend action of the anti-dumping measure provided by this Decision on:

the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union coming from the Azerbaijan Republic and classified by code 7607 11 900 0 of the CN FEA EEU;
