About redistribution of some expenses of the government budget provided to the Ministry of Health for 2020 and introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to part eight of Article 23 and part six of Article 108 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Health for 2020 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of consumption in the amount 325703, by 8 thousand hryvnias in the way:

reduction of amount of expenses according to the budget program 2308060 "Program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" in the amount 325703, 8 thousand hryvnias;

increases in amount of expenses according to the budget program 2311500 "Subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of support of separate organizations and actions in health care system" in the amount 325703, 8 thousand hryvnias.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Regional and Kiev city to public administrations to perform, in case of need, expense allocation on treatment of patients with diabetes with insulin and not diabetes with desmopressin between local budgets of administrative and territorial units of the respective area, Kiev.

4. Provide:

To the Ministry of Health - approval of expense reallocation, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

To the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval of corresponding changes in list of the government budget.
