Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 logistics (Ministry of Transport) "The report on logistic, forwarding activities" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2020;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 logistics (Ministry of Transport) "The report on logistic, forwarding activities" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2020.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing logistic, forwarding activities.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2015 No. 144 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 logistics (Ministry of Transport) "The report on logistic, forwarding activities" and instructions for its filling";

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2016 No. 141 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2015 No. 144";

subitem 1.14 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2019 No. 113 "About change of resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus".

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
