About modification of Rules of accession of networks of telecommunication and their interaction

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of accession of networks of telecommunication and their interaction approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2005 No. 161 "About approval of Rules of accession of networks of telecommunication and their interaction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 14, Art. 1243; 2006, No. 2, Art. 195; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3330).

Changes which are made to Rules of accession of networks of telecommunication and their interaction

1. To add the subitem 1 of Item 40 with the words "and procedure for the change in price".

2. In appendix No. 2 to the specified Rules:

a) add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1). Service of completion of the international challenge on network of other telecom operator (the activities aimed at providing the traffic transmission initiated in communication network the public of the telecom operator which is outside the Russian Federation from accession point at the international or long-distance, zone or local level of accession to the user (terminal) equipment connected to communication network of other telecom operator in the territory of the Russian Federation):

a) service of completion of the international challenge with use of the resource of numbering which is not in the Russian plan of numbering;
