I. Parts the first - third of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1, Art. 2; 2005, No. 16, Art. 261; 2011, No. 39, Art. 389; 2014, No. 20-21, of Art. 716; 2018, 43) to state Art. No. 6-7, in the following edition:

"To persons with disability since the childhood of the I group the allowance on care of them is established in the amount of:

to the faces with disability since the childhood carried to subgroup And the I groups - 200 percent of subsistence minimum for persons who lost working capacity;

to the faces with disability since the childhood carried to subgroup of B of the I group - 100 percent of subsistence minimum for persons which lost working capacity.

To lonely persons with disability since the childhood II and III groups which according to the conclusion of the medical and advisory commission of treatment and prevention facility need permanent foreign care the allowance on care of them in the amount of 75 percent of subsistence minimum for persons which lost working capacity is established.

The allowance on child care with disability of subgroup And is established in the amount of:

on the child with disability of subgroup And age to 6 years - 200 percent of subsistence minimum for children up to 6 years;

on the child with disability of subgroup And age from 6 to 18 years - 200 percent of subsistence minimum for children aged from 6 up to 18 years".
