1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of April 17, 2000 No. 52 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application to subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and foreign business entities of special sanctions, the stipulated in Article 37 Laws of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 05, 2000 for No. 260/4481 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of sanctions policy submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
