Declare invalid Regulations on procedure for application to subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and foreign business entities of special sanctions, the stipulated in Article 37 Laws of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", approved by the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine of 05.10.99 No. 754 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.10.99 No. 718/4011.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for application to subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and foreign business entities of special sanctions, the stipulated in Article 37 Laws of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" which is applied.
