About modification of the Instruction about application of procedure for establishment of limits on use of natural resources within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund of nation-wide value
According to part three of article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine", I ORDER to the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of use of natural resources of nation-wide value approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1992 No. 459, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation:
1. Make changes to the Instruction about application of procedure for establishment of limits on use of natural resources within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund of nation-wide value approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of January 24, 2008 No. 27, registered on February 12, 2008 for No. 117/14808, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To provide to department of natural and reserved fund submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to functional distribution.
