In pursuance of the Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment", "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" and Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of use of natural resources of the nation-wide value approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.08.92 No. 459, for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of establishment of limits on use of natural resources within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about application of procedure for establishment of limits on use of natural resources within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund of nation-wide value which is applied.

2. To public service of reserved case (A. Sekletsov):

provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

in ten-day time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring it to permission of the interested central executive bodies, the State ecological inspection, Republican committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on protection of the surrounding environment, territorial authorities and special divisions of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional public administrations, public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
