For the purpose of implementation of consecutive measures for support of the most vulnerable categories of persons which reached the corresponding age and having long insurance years of service the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.02.2023 No. 168

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.02.2023 No. 168

4. Financing of the payments provided by Items 1 - 3 presents of the resolution, is performed at the expense of the means of the government budget provided according to the program 2506080 "Financial provision of pension payment, the allowances and increases to pensions appointed according to pension plans and deficit of means of the Pension fund".

5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine the recalculation of pensions provided by Items 1 - 3 presents of the resolution, on materials of pension cases.
