About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 641

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 641 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of the strengthened anti-epidemic actions in the territory with considerable spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 63, the Art. 2029, No. 72, the Art. 2288) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 641

1. To add the subitem 1 of Item 10-1 after the paragraph of the eighteenth with the new paragraph of such content:

"are official observers from foreign states and the international organizations which will observe the course of the electoral process of the corresponding elections.".

2. Add the resolution with Item 43-1 of the following content:

"43-1. Approve the Procedure of anti-epidemic actions during the organization and elections which is applied.

The expenses connected with implementation of anti-epidemic actions in connection with the organization and elections are performed at the expense of means of local budgets (including at the expense of reserve funds of the specified budgets).".
