About modification of the Regulations on the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance

Bring in the Regulations on the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2012 No. 504 "About formation of the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance and liquidation of the Center of legal reform and bill works under the Ministry of Justice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 43, Art. 1668; 2019, No. 26, the Art. 919), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance

1. In Item 15-1:

to add the paragraph of "legal assistance", the eighth after words, with words ", and by results of such job evaluation of the director of the Coordination center satisfactory or unsatisfactory";

the fourth offer of the paragraph of the eleventh to state in the following edition: "The decision on recognition of work of the director of the Coordination center of satisfactory or unsatisfactory is accepted 2/3 voices from structure of the Supervisory board and is submited to the Minister of Justice.".

2. Item 16 in paragraph one:

"The state secretary of Ministry of Justice on reasonable representation of the Supervisory board" shall be replaced with words 1) in the first offer of the word "Minister of Justice";
