About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 869

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 869 "About approval of the Procedure for entering of means of the digital signature into the contactless electronic medium which contains in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine and renderings of services of the digital signature with use of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine with the implanted contactless electronic medium" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 97, the Art. 3148) changes which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "means of the digital signature" shall be replaced with words "means of the qualified digital signature", and words of "digital signature" - words of "qualified electronic confidential services".
2. According to the procedure of entering of means of the digital signature into the contactless electronic medium which contains in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, and renderings of services of the digital signature with use of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine with the implanted contactless electronic medium approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name of the Procedure for the word of "means of the digital signature" shall be replaced with words "means of the qualified digital signature", and words of "digital signature" - words of "qualified electronic confidential services";
