About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of accreditation of the educational organizations

For the purpose of legal regulation of questions of accreditation of the educational organizations in the conditions of the mode of extraordinary situation / emergency state, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts on independent accreditation in education system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 29, 2015 No. 670 the following change:

according to the procedure of accreditation of the educational organizations and programs, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 20-1 of the following content:

"20-1. In the conditions of the mode of extraordinary situation / emergency state or emergence of the force majeure circumstances interfering holding procedure of accreditation adoption of the following decisions by the Agency is allowed:

- about prolongation of effective period of the previous accreditation no more than for 6 months;

- about postponement of holding procedure of accreditation no more than for 6 months;

- about the holding procedure of accreditation online using remote technologies according to the procedure determined by the Agency.".
