About modification of the Regulations on passing of military service (training) by the military personnel of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on passing of military service (training) by the military personnel of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 31, 2015 No. 463, the following changes:

1) in the text of the Provision of the word "the highest military educational institution of Gosspetssvyaz" in all cases shall be replaced with words "educational institution of Gosspetssvyaz" in the corresponding case;

In paragraph six of Item 16 of the word of "the highest military educational institution" shall be replaced with words 2) "educational institution";

3) in Item 19:

in paragraph four of the word "in the highest military educational institution" shall be replaced with words "educational institution";

The term of passing of military service for such military personnel can be prolonged under new contracts for term of six months.
