Some questions of ensuring transparency in the extracting industries

According to Article part two 6, "About ensuring transparency in the extracting industries" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts two of Article 7 and part three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve:

payment report for benefit of the state in form according to appendix 1;

consolidated statement about payments for benefit of the state in form according to appendix 2;

the report on the received payments on form according to appendix 3.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2015 No. 1039 "About approval of the Procedure for ensuring transparency in the extracting industries" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 101, the Art. 3476);

Item of 143 changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the activities of the Department of Energy and environment protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1065 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 2, by the Art. 62).
