1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for maintaining the unified register of individual tax consultations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 523, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 9, 2017 for No. 719/30587, which are applied.

2. Coordination and monitoring work to provide to department of providing in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Lyubchenko A. N.
