About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 973

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 973 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance by local executive and administrative organs of the joint decisions concerning the organization and accomplishment of suburban motor transportations of passengers in the regular message on the territories of two and more administrative and territorial units" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 183, 5/28035) the following amendments and changes:
1.1. "suburban" to add the name, Items 1 and 2 of the resolution after the word with words ", long-distance intraregional, long-distance interregional";
1.2. in resolution preamble "sixth" to replace the word with the word "seventh";
1.3. The regulations on procedure for acceptance by local executive and administrative organs of the joint decisions concerning the organization and accomplishment of suburban motor transportations of passengers in the regular message on the territories of two and more administrative and territorial units, approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 23, 2018.
