Make to the Ministry of Transport and Communications explanations on application of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance by local executive and administrative organs of the joint decisions concerning the organization and the accomplishment of suburban, long-distance intraregional, long-distance interregional motor transportations of passengers in the regular message on the territories of two and more administrative and territorial units approved by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2008.
