According to Item 10-1 of part one of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", to the subitem 18 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the markets of certain telecommunication services which is applied.
2. To submit to department of the economic analysis together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
