1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on penalties for offenses to the State Tax Administration it (is applied).
2. The organizational structures having the status of body authorized to consider cases on offenses, according to Item d) parts (1) article 393 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008, provide information on the applied penalties for offenses according to the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on penalties for offenses to the State Tax Administration.
3. Ensuring technical aspects in the course of representation and use of data/information on the imposed penalties for offenses is obligation of the Ministry of Finance (State Tax Administration) and the Agencies of electronic control.
4. Accomplishment of provisions of this resolution is performed for the account and within the financial resources allocated from the government budget, and other means according to the law.
