1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state company "Kazgeodeziya" of Committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state state company "National Kartografo-geodetic Fund" of Committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge and transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of geodesy and space information" of Committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) main object of activity of the company production of land and cartographic works, and also maintaining National kartografo-geodetic fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;
