2) entry visas and departure (visas), permissions to temporary and permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, permissions to the labor immigrant and the employer on attraction of foreign labor power, the certificate of person who is looking for shelter.
2. Determine that for the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who reached during the period from March 16, 2020 to November 1, 2020 sixteen-year age and did not receive the identity document, the main documents proving their identity for the specified period are the certificate of birth or the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Extend till November 1, 2020 the term of the permitted stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan to the foreigners who arrived according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa which has the right to file petition for issue (prolongation), renewal of labor permission without requirements to fixed term of submission of documents, for its registration to stated purpose of visit and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan and also on which the decision on expulsion from the Republic of Kazakhstan was made, at which such term expired during the period from March 16, 2020 to November 1, 2020.
