1. Approve:
Regulations on rendering legal consulting services by the commercial organizations according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of the commercial organizations rendering legal consulting services according to appendix No. 2.
2. Determine that the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments of areas and the city of Tashkent keep the register of the commercial organizations rendering legal consulting services in the corresponding territories.
Information on the commercial organizations rendering legal consulting services and also the legal consultants working in these organizations is published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Agree with the offer of Chamber of lawyers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on licensing of lawyer activities for the following specializations:
civil and economic legal proceedings;
administrative and criminal trial.
Determine that specializations are required only for rendering qualified legal aid by lawyers in case of production on civil, economic, administrative and criminal cases.
