1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of payment by installments of the tax discharge on value added and applications of ensuring accomplishment of obligations during import to customs area of Ukraine of the equipment for own production in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2018 No. 85 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 19, the Art. 633, No. 76, the Art. 2530), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of payment by installments of the tax discharge on value added and applications of ensuring accomplishment of obligations during import to customs area of Ukraine of the equipment for own production in the territory of Ukraine

1. In paragraph one of Item 3 of the word of "GNS customs" shall be replaced with words "customs in which activities zone the available production capacities".

2. In item 4:

1) word in paragraph five of "legal division of GNS customs" shall be replaced with words "divisions concerning ensuring legal work of customs";

2) word in paragraph six "audit of head department of GNS in area, Kiev, Office of large taxpayers of GNS" shall be replaced with words "customs which performs functions concerning customs audit".
