1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2013 No. 868 "About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of death (death) of the serviceman during passing of military service or the person liable for call-up called on military charges by it in case of establishment to it disability or in case of receipt of the mutilation connected with fulfillment of duties of military service" by it (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 50, the Art. 708) the following changes:

in Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of death (death) of the serviceman during passing of military service or the person liable for call-up called on military charges by him, in case of establishment to it disability or in case of receipt of the mutilation connected with fulfillment of duties of military service by it, approved by the specified resolution:

5) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"5) Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the serviceman who is in the military service or passing military service in bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

5) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"5) on the military personnel who is in the military service or passing military service in bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan – in responsible structural divisions on the duty station;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since March 13, 2020.
