Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of death (death) of the serviceman during passing of military service by him, the serviceman passing military service in reserve during the stay periods on classes or charges in combat training, charges in case of crisis situations or the person liable for call-up called on military charges in case of establishment to it disability or in case of receipt of the mutilation connected with fulfillment of duties of military service by it.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2003 No. 262 "About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensations in case of death (death) of the serviceman (person liable for call-up), establishment of disability or receipt of mutilation by it" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 12, the Art. 131);

2) item 4 of amendments and changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2004 No. 912 "About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 31, the Art. 430).
