About modification and amendments in the Order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2015 No. 460 "About approval of Rules of transportation of dangerous goods by road transport and the list of the dangerous goods allowed to transportation by vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2015 No. 460 "About approval of Rules of transportation of dangerous goods by road transport and the list of the dangerous goods allowed to transportation by vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11779, it is published on August 12, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of transportation of the dangerous goods by road transport approved specified by the order:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. The transport drivers transporting dangerous goods on the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the vehicles used for transportation of dangerous goods conform to the requirements specified in Chapters 3 and 4 of these rules.";
add Item 16 with parts three and the fourth the following content:
"The transport units transporting dangerous goods shall have two rectangular plates of orange color located in the vertical plane, in form, according to appendix 2-1 to these rules. One plate to fasten in front, and another behind transport unit.
The plates of orange color which are not relating to the transported dangerous goods or their remaining balance shall be removed or covered. If plates are covered, then the covering shall be continuous and shall remain effective after stay in fire within 15 minutes.";
add with appendix 2-1 according to appendix 1 to this order;
appendix 3 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order;
appendix 9 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this order.
To be reworded as follows the list of the dangerous goods allowed to transportation by vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the specified order according to appendix 4 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
