About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning application of the invoice in the form of the electronic document

For the purpose of realization of tasks within implementation of the invoice in the form of the electronic document, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of tax statements on the value added tax and the excise tax, procedure for their filling and representation" of July 14, 2015 No. 491 the following changes:

1) in report form on the value added tax (FORM STI-062) approved by the above-stated resolution:

- appendix 1 to the Report on the VAT "The register of deliveries" (to state FORM STI-062-001) in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

- appendix 2 to the Report on the VAT "The register of the acquired material resources in the Kyrgyz Republic" (to state FORM STI-062-002) in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

- appendix 4 to the Report on the VAT "The register of deliveries of the taxpayer on the activities performed on the basis of the tax contract" (to state FORM STI-062-004) in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution;
