1. Extend till December 31, 2020 state regulation of the prices of the socially important goods realized in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix 1 and establish:

1.1. the limiting maximum standard rate of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices of producers:

on the goods specified in Items 1-15 and 18 of appendix 1 in the amount of:

the actual level of profitability of goods sold which developed in January-February, 2020 on the corresponding goods item, except for case, provided by the paragraph the fourth this subitem;

10 percent if the actual level of profitability of goods sold which developed in January-February, 2020 on the corresponding goods item constituted less than 10 percent;
