1. This Instruction establishes procedure of designer's service in case of construction, reconstruction, upgrade, repair, restoration, technical upgrade, improvement, demolition, preservation not completed by asset construction.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction:
the terms "designer's service", "prime contractor", "general designer", "developer of the project documentation", "subcontractor", "subcontractor in case of development of the project documentation" are used in the values determined respectively by subitems 1. 1, 1.7, 1.8, 1.57, 1.80, 1.81 of Item 1 of article 1 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities;
the representative of designer's service is understood as the employee of general designer, subcontractor in case of development of the project documentation, and also other persons to whom conducting designer's service is assigned.
