About modification of the Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, the Art. 900), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) in subitem 9 of the word "performs legal entities regarding compliance to criteria for provision of the status of the guarantor" to exclude;

Subitems 21 and 22 to state 2) in the following edition:

"21) carries out assessment of conformity (repeated assessment of conformity) of the companies to criteria of the authorized economic operator; provides, suspends and cancels the authorization of the authorized economic operator provided to the company;

22) is coordinated by activities of customs for implementation of monitoring of compliance of the companies to criteria of the authorized economic operator and application by the companies of the special simplifications provided by the Customs code of Ukraine;";
