Regulations on the special economic zone "Jibek Joly"

1. General provisions

1. The special economic zone "Jibek Joly" (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of Shusky district of Jambyl area in borders according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 1205 hectares and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. SEZ is created for the purpose of development of Jambyl area by investment attraction and creation of highly effective, including high and competitive technology productions, development of releases of new types of products.

3. Activities of SEZ are regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About special economic and industrial zones" (further - the Law), this Provision and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
