Based on subitems 1.1 and 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 No. 95 "About some questions of information collection, not containing in the state statistical reporting" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish for 2021:
1.1. the list of forms of the departmental reporting according to appendix 1;
1.2. form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" according to appendix 2;
1.3. instructions for filling of form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" according to appendix 3;
1.4. form of the departmental reporting "Data on consumption rates of fuel and energy resources on production (works, services)" according to appendix 4;
1.5. instructions for filling of form of the departmental reporting "Data on consumption rates of fuel and energy resources on production (works, services)" according to appendix 5.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
