About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the handling of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and recognition voided separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the handling of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

In Rules of the handling of scrap and waste of the ferrous metals and their alienation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2001 No. 369 "About approval of Rules of the handling of scrap and waste of ferrous metals and their alienation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 21, Art. 2083; 2002, No. 41, Art. 3983; 2012, No. 51, Art. 7222; 2016, No. 52, Art. 7636):
