1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021 and is effective till January 1, 2027.

Rules of the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations

1. These rules determine procedure for the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations, and also suspensions of action and cancellation of the document certifying the admission of the Russian carrier to implementation of the international motor transportations (further - the certificate of the admission) in case of numerous violations of procedure of the international motor transportations by the Russian carrier.

2. Provisions of these rules are not applied to the international motor transportations performed with use of vehicles of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, and also the military forming and bodies specified in Item 6 of article 1 of the Federal law "About Defense".
