About some questions of the republican state companies which are under authority of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakhstan institute of standardization and certification (КазИнСт)" of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakhstan institute of metrology (Kazinmetr)" Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan by their merge into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakhstan institute of standardization and metrology" of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of production economic activity in the field of technical regulation, ensuring unity of measurements and the sphere of standardization;

3) company state scientific metrological center.
