Bring in the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, cancellation, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, recognitions invalid and destructions of the residence permit, No. 322 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 37, Art. 1306; 2018, No. 68, the Art. 2276), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, cancellation, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, recognitions invalid and destructions of the residence permit

1. Add the Procedure with Item 32-1 of the following content:

"32-1. In case at foreigners (except citizens (citizens) of the state recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the state aggressor or the state invader) who temporarily are in the territory of Ukraine and which according to the laws and international treaties of Ukraine shall not receive the long-term visa to registration of type appeared the bases for issue of the residence permit in the cases established by parts four - the fifteenth article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", they have the right to file documents for registration of type without departure out of limits of Ukraine on condition of adherence to deadlines, determined by Item 17 of this Procedure.".
