About modification of Rules of delimitation of fishing sites

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of delimitation of fishing sites approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 14, 2018 No. 681 "About approval of Rules of delimitation of fishing sites" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 26, the Art. 3850).

Changes which are made to Rules of delimitation of fishing sites

1. In Item 3 of the word "the scientific organizations performing activities in the field of fishery and preserving the water biological resources which are" shall be replaced with words "the scientific organization performing activities in the field of fishery and preserving water biological resources, being".

2. In paragraph one of item 4 of the word "public organizations and associations, associations of legal entities (associations and the unions), federal state budgetary institutions - basin managements on fishery and preserving water biological resources, and also the scientific organizations specified" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government bodies of municipalities, public organizations and associations, associations of legal entities (associations and the unions), the head basin department on fishery and preserving water biological resources which is under authority of Federal Agency for Fishery, and the scientific organization specified".
