According to part of the nineteenth article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases", I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. Approve such which are applied:

form of the conclusion about results of monitoring of procurement procedure;

procedure for filling of form of the conclusion about results of monitoring of procurement procedure.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Public auditing service of Ukraine of April 23, 2018 No. 86 "About approval of form of the conclusion about results of monitoring of purchases and procedure for its filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 01, 2018 for No. 654/32106.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of fiscal risks of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the Chairman of the Public auditing service of Ukraine of Cotton velvet.
