About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" concerning provision in case of the birth of the child of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 102 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. To add part one of Article 2 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" - the one-time natural help which belongs to the help in case of the child's birth".

2. 2 parts one of Article 3 to state Item in the following edition:

"2) the help in case of the child's birth, the one-time natural help "packet of the kid".

3. State Article 5 in the following edition:

"Article 5. Bodies (organization) which appoint and perform payment (issue) of government assistance to families with children

The help in case of the child's birth, adoption pay of the child, the help on children over whom guardianship or custody, the help on children to lonely mothers, the help on the children sick with crushing perinatal defeat of nervous system, heavy inborn malformation, rare orphan diseases, oncological, oncohematological disease, cerebral palsy, heavy mental disturbance, diabetes of the I type is established (insulin-dependent) acute or chronic disease of kidneys of the IV degree, on the child who got severe injury, needs transplantation of body, needs palliative care which does not establish disability, appoint and pay social security authorities of the population at the place of residence of parents (adoptive parents, the guardian, the custodian).

The help in connection with pregnancy and childbirth is appointed and paid to the women specified in part two of article 4 of this Law in the place of the main work (service).
