According to Article part six 16, of the paragraph of the fifth of part one of Article 18 and Item 11 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid", the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", we ORDER to the subitem 29 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information on the income of physical persons:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the centers for provision of free legal aid which is attached.
