Some questions of regulation of activities in the field of protection of ozone layer

According to part two of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of economic activity with ozone-depleting substances and the fluorinated greenhouse gases" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for distribution of shares of the annual national import quota of controlled substances (further - the Procedure);

report form about transactions with controlled substances.

2. Determine that for distribution of shares of the annual national import quota of the fluorinated greenhouse gases the Procedure comes into effect in 30 calendar days from the date of ratification by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Kigaliysky amendment to the Montreal protocol about the substances destroying ozone layer.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To provide to the ministry of environment protection and natural resources the organization of holding electronic auctions for distribution of shares of the annual national import quota of controlled substances according to the requirements established by the approved this resolution Rather.

5. Provide to the Ministry of Finance determination of income code of the budget for receipts from distribution of shares of the annual national import quota of controlled substances.
