Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2015 No. 571 "Some questions of management of the state investments" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 64, Art. 2116; 2020, No. 57, the Art. 1782), having added with its Item 3-2 of the following content:

"3-2. Determine that for forming in 2020 of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021 the main managers of means of the government budget can submit till November 6, 2020 to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry in electronic and paper type documents for participation in selection of the state investment projects determined by subitems 1 - 4 Items 18 of the Procedure approved by this resolution, rather state investment projects, the annual amount of expenses according to which in 2020 was reduced or on which according to Item 27 of the Procedure approved by this resolution according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was are partially redistributed (are transferred) for implementation of other state investment projects (from one main manager of means of the government budget to other main manager of means of the government budget) and which were supposed to be completed in the current year, and documents according to which were not filed in accordance with the established procedure till March 1, 2020.".
