Some questions of distribution of public investments
(Extraction)

According to part five of Article 33-1 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Create the Interdepartmental commission on questions of distribution of public investments in structure according to appendix.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on distribution of public investments;

Procedure for distribution of funds of the government budget for preparation and implementation of public investment projects and programs of public investments.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of January 16, 2025 No. 4225-IX "About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning updating and enhancement of some provisions", but not earlier than day of its publication.
