Some questions of compensation of heads, members of executive bodies and remuneration of members of the supervisory boards of subjects of managing of public sector of economy

According to item 4 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of September 17, 2020 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 909-VIII:

1. Reduce effective period of restriction, the stipulated in Item 10th Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 13, 2020 No. 553-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine by 2020".

2. Determine that in October, 2020 and further the size of the salary of heads, members of executive bodies and remuneration of members of the supervisory boards of subjects of managing of public sector of economy is determined in accordance with the terms of contracts with heads, members of executive bodies of the specified subjects of managing and civil contracts with members of the supervisory boards of subjects of managing of public sector of economy.

3. Resume action of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 5, 2020 No. 141 "Questions of conditions and the amount of compensation of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 22, the Art. 803).

4. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
